Preheat your BBQ or a frypan. Put 6 cutlets into 3 separate zip lock bags and into each of them place one of the seasonings. Seal the bags and give them a good shake to get the cutlets evenly coated (you could add extra seasoning if you like the flavour even more intense). Using a pair of tongs remove the cutlets from the bags and place onto the BBQ and cook on both sides for about 2 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through. Remove from the BBQ and serve on a plate. Note: if you wanted to do this in advance you could place the seasonings onto the prawns the night before.
