Method

  1. Break up smoked kahawai, being careful to remove all bones. Place in a food processor and blend until fish is as fine as you can possibly get it.
  2. Add butter, turmeric and lemon juice and blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and top with lemon zest curls and parsley.

Serve with toasted ciabatta and crudités—I used baby carrots, radishes and Lebanese cucumbers.
