Method
- Break up smoked kahawai, being careful to remove all bones. Place in a food processor and blend until fish is as fine as you can possibly get it.
- Add butter, turmeric and lemon juice and blend until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with lemon zest curls and parsley.

Serve with toasted ciabatta and crudités—I used baby carrots, radishes and Lebanese cucumbers.
