Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a 12 hole muffin tray by greasing with butter and set aside. In a mixing bowl, sift and combine the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the Simon Gault Home Cuisine Indian seasoning, cheese and bacon pieces. Break the egg into a separate bowl and lightly beat. Add milk, Gault’s Vegetable Stock, and corn and mix together with the egg. Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and mix through until just combined. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked remove from the oven and allow to cool. Turn out of the tray and serve.
