Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, Mexican seasoning, lime juice and half the chives. Flake salmon into bowl and fold to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle over remaining chives and serve.
