Chop the Meadow White Button mushrooms into quarters or sixths depending on how big the mushrooms are. Heat a pan, melt the butter, then add the mushrooms and Simon Gault Home Cuisine Moroccan seasoning and cook on a medium high heat for approximately 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked. Serve as a side dish as an accompany to almost any meat dish or simply enjoy them on their own.
