Method
- Soak 10 x 5cm-long bamboo skewers in water overnight before using, to help stop them burning while cooking.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an oven tray.
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix together until well combined. Form mixture in 10 even-sized balls, then wrap each ball around a skewer and shape in a long kofta/patty.
- Place koftas on prepared tray and cook in oven for 10–15 minutes, until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve koftas with your favourite dipping sauce and/or a salad.
