Jasmine Rice

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups jasmine rice, washed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt

Jasmine Rice

Bring the water to the boil in a medium saucepan and slowly stir in the rice, butter and salt. Cover the saucepan, lower the heat and gently simmer for 20–25 minutes, depending on the desired softness of the rice.
