Indian and Prawn Soup

Bring the Simon Gault Home Cuisine chicken stock to the boil in a medium sized pot. Add the prawns and Simon Gault Home Cuisine Indian seasoning, return to the boil and simmer gently for 1 minute. Add the noodles and simmer gently again for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and mix through the coriander. Season with salt and pepper then serve.
