Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Spread mixture over prepared baking tray then place in oven. Toast granola, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden in colour (this should take around 30 minutes).
- Remove from oven then set aside to cool before serving.

Top granola with my Apple, Cinnamon and Goji Berry Compote, and a large dollop of unsweetened coconut yoghurt (optional).
Store in a glass jar.
