Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to combine.
  3. Spread mixture over prepared baking tray then place in oven. Toast granola, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden in colour (this should take around 30 minutes).
  4. Remove from oven then set aside to cool before serving.

Top granola with my Apple, Cinnamon and Goji Berry Compote, and a large dollop of unsweetened coconut yoghurt (optional).


Store in a glass jar.
