Method
- In a medium saucepan, add wine, first measure of water and stock concentrate. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine cornflour and remaining water and whisk out any lumps.
- Slowly stir cornflour-water mixture into pan. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously, then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
