- 1 quantity Green Pea Soup
- Truffle oil to garnish
Duet of Carrot and Pea Soup
Make the Carrot Soup and the Green Pea Soup, ladle each into 2 separate jugs. Pour each soup in a slow, steady stream into opposite sides of each serving bowl, taking care that the soups do not combine. A drizzle of truffle oil over each serving adds the X factor.
