BBQ Sweetcorn with Rockin' Moroccan Butter

Method
- Preheat BBQ (or skillet) to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine butter and Moroccan seasoning and set aside.
- Trim any loose husk from corn cobs. Cook on BBQ for 20 minutes, rotating slightly every 5 minutes. Take corn off BBQ, remove husks completely then cut each cob in half.
- Place corn halves in bowl with Moroccan butter and mix to evenly coat.
- Transfer corn to a serving bowl. Squeeze over lime juice, sprinkle with coriander and serve.
