BBQ Sweetcorn with Rockin' Moroccan Butter

Method

  1. Preheat BBQ (or skillet) to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine butter and Moroccan seasoning and set aside.
  3. Trim any loose husk from corn cobs. Cook on BBQ for 20 minutes, rotating slightly every 5 minutes. Take corn off BBQ, remove husks completely then cut each cob in half.
  4. Place corn halves in bowl with Moroccan butter and mix to evenly coat.
  5. Transfer corn to a serving bowl. Squeeze over lime juice, sprinkle with coriander and serve.
