- 150g marcapone cheese
- 2 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp menu mushroom truffle paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Mushroom Truffle Mascarpone Dip
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste then serve. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
