Moroccan Chicken Skewers

Moroccan Chicken Skewers

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the chicken into 2cm cubes. In a bowl mix the oil with the Simon Gault Moroccan seasoning then add the chicken pieces and mix well. Thread the chicken pieces onto 5cm bamboo skewers approximately 50g per skewer. Place onto a baking tray and place into the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Serve with a salad as a light meal or with minted yoghurt dip and as a light snack. Makes 10 skewers
