Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Lay the mushrooms flat on an oven tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with the kiwi seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Place mushrooms with the rest of the ingredients, except for the spring onion, into a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer the dip into a bowl and mix in the spring onion.
