Lamb Koftas

Preheat the oven to 180˚C. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Roll into 50g balls, then wrap each ball around a bamboo skewer into a long kofta/pattie. Place onto a greased oven tray and place into the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce or a salad.
