Method
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add brandy and prunes and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half (to remove the alcohol).
- Add cream and stock concentrate and stir to combine. Bring back to the boil then simmer to reduce sauce until the desired consistency is reached.
- Finish with pepper and serve.
