Brandy Prune Sauce

  • 120ml brandy
  • 60g prunes, roughly chopped
  • 250ml cream
  • 1 tbsp Simon Gault Home Cuisine Beef Stock

Brandy Prune Sauce

Cooking time
  1. Place brandy and prunes into a pan and bring to the boil, reduce by half to remove the alcohol. Add the cream and Simon Gault Home Cuisine beef stock concentrate and once more bring to the boil. Reduce until you have the desired consistency. Finish with cracked pepper.
